The Shanghai Intellectual Property Information Service Application System Engineering Project mainly is as Shanghai informative infrastructure offers public service for social public, enterprise, research organization and government related functioning department. This project may summarizes as an unified patent information service platform that could provide patent information collection, different patent information analysis & research and perfect group of patent information database of different layer that forms convenient network.
It covers all the patent information of every industries of Shanghai and it is also a platform that could face the whole country. It can satisfy the patent information retrieval for all kinds of different application demand and research. It uses integrated information technologies from internet, retrieval analysis technology, integrated document data of intellectual property and non patent document data of science and technology fully, as well as it uses advanced application system, tool, convenient retrieval, analysis and research that offers the accurate intellectual property information and retrieval service to all different industries. It also can be used as the key channel for government organization, different industries and enterprises to follow the trends of technical development both of domestic and abroad.
CS&S won the bid successfully of “Overall Design and Development of the Patent Retrieval Application Subsystem Project” in October 2007， and completed and well received by the customer in March 2008. Now, this project, the Shanghai Intellectual Property Information Service Application System has been implementing smoothly.
